Payment history is a page in AdSense account where you can see you all payment history made to you.
If you want to see you payment history that how many times I m paid so just to my account tab and then click on the Payment history tab.
you be shown the below page.

If you want to see your tax information. so just go to My account tab and then go the tax information tab.
you will see your tax information.
Tax is taken only from U.S users. if your country is different then you submit your tax information with out giving any tax. The displayed page as under is a tax information of non-U.S. users.
